We have formed an inspired group that meets Thursday mornings at 7 am. We gather in the barn at Sacred Connections, Center for Horses, Healing & Holistic Education.
Dress warm and double up on yoga mats! This is a Kundalini Yoga Class in the elements. All levels are welcome to come and experience the cathedral-like barn and morning songbirds. Guaranteed to raise your vibration!
Suggested donation for both classes is $5 per class. No pre-registration is necessary, but you will need to contact me personally to confirm this class and receive directions to Sacred Connections.
