Yoga for Riders now available by appointment at Golden Pond Saddle Camp !
We took the yoga on the trail this winter. The cool weather and shorter days were perfect for long slow, meditative rides. Usually just my mom and me, we put many miles on Sshowsational & Brando.
I finally got the GoPro helmet cam strapped on AND turned on! The result is the 'TrailDance' video set in the extreme drought and over-grazed conditions of Golden Pond Ranch. It was fun finding the trancy, native beats to add to the footage. I lost a lot of quality, so I will have to do some adjusting, but here it is regardless:
